Currently we only ship to the United States. As we grow we will expand to ship internationally.
We choose to use USPS as our main shipping service. This allows same-day in-state shipping most of the time, depending on when the order is placed. If an order is not shipped the same day it is placed, it will be shipped the next business day.
*Before starting the RMA process, please contact us about the issues you are having. Sometimes problems can be fixed and a return is not necessary. Please send us pictures of the problems you are having and we will try our hardest to ensure your vaping experience is the best it can be! You can also bring your problem items to our physical store and we will gladly take as much time as needed to fix the issues!*
We are open Monday - Saturday 10am - 7pm
Unopened, unused hardware may be returned within 14 days of original purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return directions and to obtain a return authorization.
All sales on e-liquid are final. Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. We do suggest that you taste juices in-store before purchasing, and it is our pleasure to take as much time as needed to determine your personal favorite flavor(s).
Clearomizers/Tanks and Coils
Clearomizers/Tanks and Coils are not returnable as they are consumable hardware items. Any clearomizers, tanks and coils that are DOA can be returned within 7 days of purchase, with a receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com for return directions and to obtain a return authorization.
Hardware damaged due to user error is not warranted against such damage and cannot be returned. We will repair or replace defective or DOA hardware in like-new condition within 30 days of original purchase, with a receipt.
